Fees and funding
What everything costs, and how private health, GP care plans, DVA and other funding fit in. No surprises.
Our fees
- Initial consultation: $49. Includes the consultation and examination, on-site X-rays if clinically indicated, an adjustment if clinically indicated, and your second visit, the planning session. Any treatment on the planning-session day is billed separately.
- Adjustments on a scheduled plan of care: $60 to $80 per visit, depending on the plan.
- Single adjustments, booked as you need them: $99 per visit.
- Nothing is prepaid, there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can stop at any time by telling us in writing. Full terms on our policies page.
Private health extras
Chiropractic consultations are claimable with most health funds’ extras cover; the amount depends on your fund and level of cover. We do not claim on site. A statement is emailed to you on the first business day of each month so you can claim online or through your fund’s app.
GP care plans and Medicare
Under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP, formerly CDM or EPC) Medicare rebates up to five visits a year. You pay our usual fee and claim the rebate. How it works →
DVA
Gold Card holders, and White Card holders with an accepted back condition, with a D904 referral from your GP. With the paperwork in order, all of your care here is billed to DVA, the initial consultation included. Details →
WorkCover and NDIS
We do not provide care under WorkCover. If your injury is a WorkCover claim, your GP can point you to a provider who does.
NDIS does not fund chiropractic care, so an NDIS plan cannot be used here. You are welcome as a private patient at the fees above.
Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
On a scheduled plan of care you pay per visit or on an agreed schedule; the total never exceeds what was agreed at the planning session. There is no lock-in.
Why no on-site health fund claiming?
The monthly statement has everything your fund needs, and most funds take claims through their app in a minute.
What if I miss an appointment?
Missed appointments on a plan can be made up within the plan; the policies page has the detail.
