A common issue for people of all ages is the dreaded case of neck pain that simply just won’t go away. Neck pain has been increasing in recent years with common poor posture habits around technology, especially in children.

Neck pain is commonly caused by injuries or bad posture resulting in a mechanical misalignment of the spine.
This can cause pinching of nerves and other tissues, causing local pain or pain referred to another area such as numbness and tingling down the arms and into the hands, shoulder tension or headaches.
This may be further exacerbated by the presence of multiple painful ‘trigger points’ in the muscles due to the body trying to manage the misalignment and compensate for bad posture.
