Corrective Care (1 or 2 times a week)
Can’t Make It: Reschedule to another time on the same day or to another day. Two on the same day is fine so long as they are at least 75 minutes apart. We appreciate it if you do this in advance to open the space for others who may want it.
Cancellation: Appointments cannot be canceled as that would break the design of your care plan.
Extended Can’t Make It (1-4 weeks): Send us an email with dates and we can adjust your program for you. Please do this in advance.
>4 Weeks Can’t Make It: It’s best we cancel your care and start again when you are ready.
Missed appointments: It’s your responsiblity to make up any missed appointments. Any not made up before the end of your care plan will be forfeited.
Refunds: No refunds are issued for missed appointments that aren’t made up within your care plan.
Payment Schedule: Your payment schedule will remain unchanged from the beginning of your care even if there are periods you are away. You will not be billed more than the agreed amount for your care plan.
3-Strike Rule: If you miss 3 appointments in a row without rescheduling, we may cancel your care plan.
Extra Adjustments: If you need any extra adjustments, just book them online. The fee for any extra adjustment is your usual adjustment rate. If you are consistently feeling like you need extra adjustments – you may not be on the right schedule of care for your current needs.
Wellness / Lifestyle Care (1 per two weeks or less frequent)
Can’t make it / away up to 2 weeks: Reschedule to another day in this week or next or previous. Note that appointments cannot be cancelled, only rescheduled.
Extended can’t make it (holiday, 2-12w): Send us an email with dates and we can adjust your program for you
> 12 Weeks can’t make it: It’s best we cancel your care and start again when you are back.
Payments: stop and restart only for holidays 2w or greater. They will restart automatically on the week you tell us you will return.
Statements:
Statements are issued monthly on the first business day* of the month so you can claim back from your private health fund. The dates on your statement will match the dates of your visits, which may differ from the dates of your payments.
Failed Payments:
Failed payments are extra work for you and our team. Talk to us if your payment schedule isn’t working. If you have more than 3 failed payments in a care program, we may cancel your care.
Cancel Care Program:
If at anytime you want to stop your care program, just let us know in writing and we’ll action a cancellation within 5 business days*. There is never any lock-in – we only want you here because this is where you want to be. We do not have any cancellation fees or holding fees. Please advise us in writing by email to info@miraclelifechiropractic.com.au.
If you have any outstanding fees due at time of cancellation, they will be payable within 7 days.
All future appointments will be cancelled at this time. If you have missed an appointment you will no longer be able to make this up after cancellation.
Refunds: Are not payable if you are on a schedule where you pay in the week of your adjustment. It’s up to you to use any unused fees dues to missed appointments or any other reason. If you have paid in advance for multiple visits, you will be eligible for a refund of any usused fees after missed appointment fees have been deducted. It will be paid directly back to the same card you make the original payment from.
* A “business day” is one where we are in the office seeing patients.
