DVA Coverage

We are pleased to support our veterans and honour DVA payments for services in our office.

Here are your first steps:

  1. Get a referral letter from your GP (called a D904 Form).
  2. Book your first appointment with us: https://mchiro.au/new
  3. Bring your referral letter and your DVA card (front and back) to your first visit. If you prefer, you can email these to us ahead of time.
  4. Your Initial Consultation, any x-rays, and your adjustments are all covered by DVA.

Important: If you attend your first appointment and we do not have your referral letter and DVA card, the visit will not be covered by DVA, and you will need to pay our usual initial consultation fee.

Notes

DVA will cover you for 100% of your costs in our office with no up-front payment required from you.

We will communicate about your case by email so be sure to be responsive to that.

If for any reason DVA declines to cover your case, you will personally be responsible for all costs.
